"Despite the 1 star someone else left for their own reasons, I believe this company deserves better. I called today for service and while I did have a slight difficulty understanding the lady I spoke with on the phone, she was nothing more than a delight and was very prompt and courteous. I asked when my bins would be delivered because a previous company I was using took 2 weeks to get bins to me and she had them delivered within the hour and then called to make sure where they were left was an ok spot. I'm not sure what prompted a 1 star from another user but this lady made this company worthy of much more in my eyes."
